It has been years since I have thought about this song. Actually, it's been over a decade since I last performed it live. I just uncovered this old recording of it and I thought you might like it.
One of my friends told me that it was the most poetic song I ever wrote. I was just happy that I found a rhyme for "ain't". My other favorite rhyme is "California" and "warn ya".
