That's right. I'm 32 years old today. I'm not really freaking out like I did the last two years. But I did realize that I am 2 to the 5th. I won't be 2 to the 6th until I'm 64.
And then I realized that I must be nerdier than I thought, because I thought of my age in that way.
Posted by Mike Waugh at May 7, 2006 09:45 PMAt least you don't think in binary. Otherwise you'd be hitting the big 100000. "But I was just 11111 yesterday," you would say. Thirty-two would be the human binary midlife crisis.
Too bad you don't think in hexidecimal though. Otherwise you'd be 20 again.
Posted by: Robert Waugh at May 8, 2006 04:24 PMI actually thought of my age in binary as I went to sleep last night. Funny that you mention it. I guess you'll soon pushing 11111 yourself.
Posted by: Mike Waugh at May 8, 2006 10:01 PMFrom 11110 to 11111? One little odometer wheel turning over. Hardly even noticeable.
Besides, I'm just going to think of my self as an eeteen-year old (that's 1E in hex.)
