Vacation Pics

I spent most of my vacation playin marathon Scrabble games with my family. After a decades-long hiatus, I tricked my mother into playing Scrabble again. First, we played anagrams. Then I got her to watch my brother and I play. I let them use the dictionary and take as long as they wanted to take. It killed me sometimes (30 minutes a turn-aarggh!), but we enjoyed ourselves. She finally asked to be dealt in. Finally, after a couple games, my mother played a bingo. It was CAVORTEd through a triple word score. She was quite pleased.

I told her how Scrabble can keep your mind straight as you grow older. I hope they keep it up after I leave.
